SOMETHING NOT QUITE PEACHY?

We pride ourselves on our client satisfaction but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please let us know as soon as possible. Contact the salon by email at hello@peach37.co.uk. If you are happy, please tell your friends!

CONSULTATION:

If you haven’t experienced Peach yet, or feel like you need a change to your current hair style or colour, we always recommend having a complimentary consultation beforehand. We have a wide range of talented hair stylists and colourists who would be happy to talk you through any change, whether it’s simply adding a few layers or a total style overhaul. There is a fee for consultations which is refundable from any subsequent booking made on the day of the appointment.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS + CONDITIONS

Gift vouchers may be applied towards any purchase of service or merchandise at Peach 37 Hair Salon. Except otherwise by law, this voucher is not redeemable for cash; lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 

SKIN TEST:

At Peach, our client’s health and well-being is one of our highest priorities. Although very rare, sometimes reactions to colour can happen, so to prevent this from happening; we operate a mandatory Skin Sensitivity test which must be completed at least 48 hours prior to any colour booking if you are a new client of Peach Hair Salon. We reserve the right to refuse to complete your booking if you have not had a Skin Sensitivity test beforehand at our salon.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to change or move your booking, we would appreciate 48 hours notice. Whilst we always try to ensure we accommodate all booking requests, last-minute cancellations can be hard to fill so we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can offer it to someone else. LATENESS:

We fully respect your time is precious, so we do our best to run on time for you. If you are going to be delayed or later than 10 minutes it may be difficult for the stylist or colourist to complete your full service. Please let us know so we can try and make alternative arrangements to accommodate you.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

If you have a special event, or wedding, or just want some pamper time with your friends, we are more than happy to accommodate small groups. But please let us know when making your booking so that we can make sure we have enough space for you all to be together.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

Whilst at Peach although we will endeavour to keep your personal belongings safe and free from damage; we are unable to accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal possessions whilst on our premises. We will also take every precaution possible to protect your clothing from colour damage, but we also advise you to wear something appropriate in order to avoid any disappointment.

DOG FRIENDLY:

We are happy to be a very dog-friendly salon and welcome bringing your four-legged friends along with you to your appointment. All that we ask is that your canine companions are fully house-trained, remain on their leads and are friendly with other dogs and humans.

UMBRELLAS:

Although we love to see our clients returning to us, we’d rather that not be because typical British weather has but a dampener on the freshly quaffed hair. If you require an umbrella, please ask at our front desk and our team of receptionists will be more than happy to help you out by loaning you one.
